What’s in it for you?

 

Our tutors are paid $80 inclusive of super per class making them the highest paid tutors in Perth. You will have the choice to take as many or as few classes as you wish and have creative freedom to run these classes. All we ask of you is to ensure that the content is covered and that students enjoy learning (we don’t want strict and silent classrooms).  Materials and answer keys will be provided, so you will not be tasked to make any new material or questions.

Our mission as a company is not only to inspire our students but make education fun by creating classroom environments that support this. A testament to this, our tutoring company has one of the highest ratings on our Google and Facebook pages.

About you: 

We are looking for tutors who;

1.  Have a drive to impact the lives of their students

2. Are able to relate, respect and become friends with our students

3. Simplify complex or difficult topics and present them in a fun manner

 4. Are comfortable challenging the status quo, giving feedback to other staff and admin on how to best serve the students. We aim to foster a culture of radical honesty.
5. Attained an 95 ATAR or above. Although academics are important to us , it's easy to teach anyone what to teach but it's very hard to teach someone how to be a good teacher.
